Samuel..... The Amp pits are Fully open at either end to allow passage for the Cables and Adjustiments, BUT although the ends are open, i have designed the window so that it is rather close to the Amp face and only allows you to see the actual amp itself, the window basically borders all around the outside of the Amp,

Andrew....... The side pannels have 2x Aluminium Angle Iron Brackets that i made up, Basically they just screw down into the Left and right Bottom Floor pannels, and then screw into the back of the Side pannels.....

MonGoosE........... lol yeah i know, there isnt a tool i cant think of that isnt in this place..... its massive, glad to have the access

XF man, The Glass is made by a Company in Melbourne Who Do Splashback Fabrications...... Its 6mm Toughfend glass, Basically been promised that i can hit it with a hamer and it wont break, But once toughfend it can not be cut or it will completly shatter

It also does not flex as well as 6mm untoughened - Like i said - try not to knock it on the corners or it will break

I toughen probably 5 to 6 tonne of this a night and you can still break it

Let me know how it goes anyways - would be interested

All my Ricey Neons/LED's To light up the display also arrived today......

NOTE: there will be 2 20cm LED tubes hidden either side of the Amps so light will shine up then over the amp giving it that Shiney blue finish at night time, the Large LED tubes are to be hidden inside the Box, and there is also another 2ft Neon Tube hidden in the bootspace to give overall light off..........

Colour Theme Is BLUE

Awesome set up mate, gonna look fantastic when done.

Whats the go with the power cable under the car, howd you attach it? I was just looking at places to stick my 2Ga and there aint much room in a rex to run anything from engine bay to inside.

The Boot hinges slide inside the Slot as shown and i stapled/glued on a bit of Velcro so that the bottom of the top pannel sticks onto the side pannel

Got a couple more hours work into it tonight after work.....

Cut out both Windows in the side pannels and Routed both the side pannel windows out and also the Sub box window..... Took a bit of stuffing around to get the correct routing depth/width, but it turned out great and now all Glass pannels sit flush into the window cavity, Next thing to do is Glue/fix the Sub box glass into the cavity and then begin lyning the Inside of the box with Vynle and put the Subs in and wire them up............... then Carpet all around the outside of the box
