Try some other speakers on the wires to see if you have a signal.

Check all soldered connections and maybe check the amp if they are connected to one.

To be honest i'd unhook everything and start over....just unplug all speaker wiring just at each end and re-connect. Ensuring everything has good clean contact with all terminals etc.

Does your amp have any sort of safety cut offs ? Might want to check the manual incase the amp is shutting down due to an over/under voltage detect, temperature or internal failure etc.

I take it the speakers are all cabled via cross overs to the respective channel on the 4channel kenwood amp?....does the issue go away if you wire them direct to the head unit?

Need to actually work out though what the real underlying cause is though?

What about if you run the splits off the amp for now even if its front only and see if the issue is resolved...

Did you say you tried running them without the crossover? Directly off the HU.
