But then i didnt have a holesaw that it would slip into. So i made one, that cut to the perfect size, didnt wander, just right. After drilling and a light file to remove the roughness, the pipe can be lightly tapped in with a block of wood. No glue needed!

A router is the best and neatest way to cut the hole, but if you don't own one a jigsaw is second best.

I wasnt sure whether you were making a single box but with speate sealed compartments if u like...so just a normal box with a separating bit of wood in the middle and then sealed to make 2 sepearte enclosures.....or whether you were making two sepearate enclosures all together..... if your going to have them seperate then you will need a port for each enclosure how ever which way you intend on going...it will sound out of phase if you have one ported and one not....remember porting requires a larger enclosure and subs differ in recommended port sizing and enclosure size but should have the remommended enclosure size, port diameter and length and enclosure size for vented/ported.
