Has anyone managed to put the sub in the little section at the back of the boot directly behind the back seats with minimum mods??

I really want my new sub to fit in there, but im worried it will be to wide?

I guess I could always strap it down somehow if it wants to slide down the small drop.

Cant you just build a small shelf to bring the floor up?

In my EF I had 2x10"s up there above the diff hard against the seats. I had velcro holding them down, but they were also wedged in sideways.

dont use peasant tactics...drill a hole down so it pops out pretty much above the diff, and just make sure you use some rust inhibiting paint, then bolt it down. depending on the size/type of the sub you should be able to build an enclosure that will fit there with the right dimensions
