Has any found a solution to the annoying rattles/viberation rear speakers cause in a station wagon. I have checked the tailgate over for loose items, i think it just viberation noise.

Maybe pack it with sound deadening foam stuff? Mine doesn't rattle, and I havn't done anything to it - and there's a 12" sub blasting into it..

i drive an ea sedan and it rattles. but what i did was felt around with my fingers to try and find where the rattle was coming from. i found that when i put my fingers between the boot and bumper the noise stopped. then when i took my fingers away it started again. i got p****d off, kicked the mud flap and the noise stopped. and it hasn't come back yet for two weeks

The thing is I had the same problem with the EA wagon I had 2 years ago I never found a solution then either. I don't know if it is somthing loose or maybe its just a viberation induced hum. Very annoying I have to turn the bass down  and throw the fader towards the front speakers more.

I might just give that a try when I can, thanks for that.
