Are they worth the $150 the cheaper ones go for?

Make sure you buy ones with a decent brand name LCD in them! The quality is so much better! I'm not saying buy a brand name unit, just one that uses decent components, the two screens I purchased have Sharp LCDs and the el cheepo DVD player has some Panasonic component in it and there not bad at all!

I brought a roof mounted LCD screen and DVD player off EBAY, it cost approx $400 all up and never had a problem, it was a bit fiddly fitting it but it all goes great and keeps the kids quiet, well worth the investment. I have also just brought a second unit to fit to the wifes VS wagon
