Yeah failing that go to Car Toys in the city, they will do an upgrade for the factory car alarm for a very good price!

Yep thats right! This is what you get for $455 fully installed. Using existing factory remote and keys: Plus Seperate Immobiliser for extra security Audible arm and disarm confirmation Glass break sensor and or shock sensor Dashboard LED loud battery backup siren Full door, boot and bonnet security Plus window decals too, also fully meets insurance reqirements too

That system xrfan is on about sounds pretty friggin dam good. i think a guy i know has something like that. he is on this site, so he may tell you...

I'm with Martin, Go to Tonkins. They do the Vision upgrade alarms. Very good. Rhino are reliable too.

Yeah sorry forgot to mention the Alarm im talking about is a Cheeta alarm, and yeah basically the only place to get that setup is at Car Toys, thiers one in the Elizabeth area and another in Hindmarsh.
But Tonkins are good also

So your installing it youself? Hmm i wouldnt never install a LPG system unless i knew what i was doing 100%
LOL Thier was a member here if i recall who used to work on LPG cars, he is retired but he helped me out a bit with one of my problems i had a while back.
Mabe give him a PM or something.. give us a couple of minutes and i will try to find out who it was.

Installing an LPG system yourself is easy (illegal now) I installed one years back into a XC. Bought some secondhand parts (Mixer and Convertor) then bought all the other parts from a installer. Back then they would sell them to you, I doubt it now. They also gave me lots of advice. The car was never certified. Certification was only a new thing.
