you can actually buy aftermarket visors that have the screens fit in em, but i can't remember where i saw em, otherwise you'll just hafta make some form of custom bracket, but seeing as how most sunvisors are pretty small i wouldn't see y you'd want to?

Wow, what a sweet set up :P

If you want them to fit the existing visors I'd buy a few from the wreckers and experiment. You'd have cut most of the guts out of the existing visor, mount the circuitry and screen in there and then have it retrimmed. The ones I fitted are roughly the same thickness as the factory but are about 2" shorter. IMO it's not worth all the stuffing around if you're going to fit both sides as you won't even notice. I've only fitted one (the passenger side) so the other one is a little longer but the average person is going to say "hey you've got a TV in your sunvisor!!!" not "hey, one visor is longer than the other" :)
