i guess a few months ago i got a guy from work who does sound/alarm/visual in cars to fit an upgraded alarm system, ever since this has been done, im having all troubles, basically when i use my keypad the car unlocks but alarm system doesnt de-activate, also happens when i go and lock the car, car locks but alarm doesnt activate, i could do this up to five times before it actually does what it is meant to do, for either locking or unlocking, the fitter has used a new version and old version of the alarm system and still does the same damn thing.

its a 700x series dunno who actually makes it but thats all i can find about the upgraded alarm system on the manual.

if anyone has this alarm and had the same trouble and was able to fix it please let me know what you did, or if you have some advice in what i should do now would also be good. will be talking to the fitter again when i see him next i think now he will be fitting a totally different system since he still cant work it out.
