Hey everyone,

I bought my Dad a VDO Mp3 player and 6 inch VDO speakers that where in a pack.

i was wondering are they a trustworthy brand, like has anybody had any problems with them before.

vdo is philips i believe.
i had some philips splits in my previous car and they were great.
only 5 1/4 inch, but gave great bass running on an amp.
really good considering the great price.

Go pull out the dash or clock or trip computer and check out who makes them, Siemens VDO.
There a good brand, there a good company to deal with and there decent in response to warrenty's and that (which are rare).

vdo are one of the founders of aftermarket car audio, when it started becoming a large industry they were at the forefront, well lookd at, now tho they have drifted into the dark, with not to many product releases, but the products tehy do release are still amazing, i would run one if i had the money to buy one :P

Hmm dont say that.........maybe I might have to swap my Dad for my Pioneer H/U, I only bought it last year and it cost $375 from JB HiFi

What about speakers, are they also good?

They are just 6 inch 2way
