Hey.

Was bored the other day and decided to start of the media center for the car. After 30min or so of trying to find a spot to mount the xbox this is where i decided to mount it.

Rofl at it because there is no screws or anything holding it in place. I will be making a metal bracket to prevent theft.

open your eyes

well that looks like a good place to put it...and cut a hole into the existing boot garnish/cover thingy-ma-bob and place black fly screen or something that is not see through but lets air through ;) that way it will be stealth.

More to the point, I'd had cd's get jamed in xbox (originals) time and time again by moving them with a cd in there, especially if Im tiling it and carring it under my arm. In a boot mounted like that its bound to f**k up and chew a few disks, but none the less its a nice match!

Nice work. I am a fan... so the theory is that you have everything you need/want already stored on it... great idea... and fits perfectly...

Good on ya!

Thanks mate, the idea is to run a 8inch screen up front. have ports 1 and 2 for controllers mounted probs in the side of the center console some where. Be able to navigate using a xbox dvd remote.

Should be cranking

*what legal issues will i have?*

Sounds like a plan... make sure to store plenty of movies and mp3's in there... plant some smaller screens in the head rests for the back seat passengers to play games on (if you have passengers often)

Have you got a nice sound system to fit in nicely whit all this?
