Dont know what your budget is like but i think alpine make one thats exactly the same size and fit, comes with way more features, ill give you a link to it www.alpine.com , it is called the vehicle hub.

Fits into ba/bf h/u spot puuuuurrrrfect  looks a treat too, though if your not keen on spending that much, i wouldnt worry bout it. (its the link on the site in the grey area, first link there.)

The vehicle hub doesn't replace the standard equipment, it hooks into it and is like piggyback hardware, kind of like a piggyback ecu.

Allows you to do many more things.

The best way to do it is install a standard head unit in the tissue box holder.

Read up on caraudioaustralia.com

This shows pictures of it done, but it doesn't explain how, there are others of that around http://www.caraudioaustralia.com/forums ... opic=71315

What don't you like about the stock one?

You can add amps, subs, better speakers and still use the factory integrated headunit.

The factory one has a better radio tuner than most others you could find aftermarket, and if you've got the premium sound you can display video too with a little extra hardware.
