ok the Mav will be ready to paint by next Monday if all goes well and its gettin done in 2 pac

now the questions i have are....
1) do i need to treat the bare metal before primer?
2) do i use etch primer before chuckin the bog on or just slap it on?
3) if so is the a special etch primer to use with 2 pac paint?

reason i ask is that ive been told by several different people different things!

if the bare metal is clean and smooth, just give it a couple of light coats of etch primer, i use protec single pak (grey or black, available in pressure packs $15) most of the time
bog needs to go direct on the metal, rough it up with 36 grit to help it stick
if u prime or etch prime then bog over it, the paint can fry when the thinners or reducer creeps under it.

who is doing the paint for u, maybe ask them what they recommend
