Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has 9.5in on the rear of an EF/EL? Im looking at widening my wheel and i think i'll need to lip the guards. Has anyone gone wider? They are on 17's and the car is on superlows.

Don't need to widen nothing mate i've got 245's and they sit nice and that's 9.6 inches lol and I'm on ultra lows. Is that how wide you plan on going?? My next set will be 255+

Im talking of the wheel itself. Im looking at a width of 9.5inches and putting 265s or 275s if they fit. Its currently only got 8inch with 235s so just changing the outer dish on the back wheels to fill the back up. I think the guards may just need rolling and itll be fine but just seeing if anybody has actually fit wider?

I know it's not an EF/L but I had -12 18x10's under my NC. With absolutely no hassles.

i use to have 275s on my rear on my EF and didnt have any drama apart from having to roll the guards

Should be good! I've got 18x10's on the rear of my NC, and I'm considering going to 18x11!

As a matter of interest what would the offset be on a 9.5" wheel, as above, if you weren't running spacers?

you guys seem like the people who would know how wide can i go on a 7 inch rim on the a*** of a nc fairlane and still be sensible
