They should be able to tell you in the store - I think they are all pretty generic.

Might be worth getting some upgraded head light bulbs, not the gay rice ones, the ones that actually emit a stronger and whiter light.

Super-Crap has a listing of what lights your car needs I think its H4 in the front easiest way is just pull your existing globe out and match it up it will have the globe type on the the bayonet of the globe.

tail lights they have a narva fitting booklet in there, match and go.

There's actually a fair few variances in the globes used - as there's a lot of variance in the headlgihts, e.g. the XR ones differ to the fairlane ones which differ to say the Futura ones. (I presume that is what he ment when he said headlights and tailights, not the fully assembly as I doubt supercrap would sell them!). In the fairmonts it seems they usually run a twin element globe for low beam and high beam and an extra single element globe for high beam. Were the standard lights usually just use two single elemetn globes.

Should be an opening in the back of the headlight assembly... Generally just open that, remove the blown bulb and replace.

DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS!!

I haven't seen the specific set-up on an AU 'lane, but I would find it very unlikely you'd have to remove the entire assembly. It'd mess with the alignment too much...

Hahahaha ...about time someone said it.

I am sure the Lane's are H4 outers (high/low) and H1 inserts for high beam only.

Narva Plus 50s are good ... but for a whiter light see if you can get the Phillips Crystal Vision (or Blue Vision)
