Hey ppl's

Just wanted to know if i can add sum driving lights or fog lights to my ba
but I don’t know how to go about it because in the pic umm there no place for me to put them can i sum how put them be hide the grill or take sum of the grill off or i get sum slim lights and put in-between the grill

Any idea’s ppl's?

You might be able to fit Hella Comet FF75s in the centre lower section ... might have to cut one slit out though.

Something similar to the fog lights I have on my AU.

I think the factory Fairmont ones are only 5w globes ... nothing more than position lights.

depends on the type of globe in it in the first place and if it is interchangeable.

I don't have a manual handy to check it though ... maybe someone with a BA Fairmont GHIA might be able to shed some more light on it though.

When the BA's were first released they were driving lights, but the were not ADR approved so ford recalled every car fitted with them and replaced them with cornering lamps. (different loom, new lights with different angled reflectors). I think you could still wire them up as driving lights though :D

Sure of course you could, however with a cornering lamp reflector in there how good would the beam be?

Be nice to pick up a set of the original driving lights.

could see if you can get your hands on a bf ghia front bar. they have fog lights in them, look damn nice too
