pop the bonnet
ahve a look were your lights are in the engine bay u should see some plastic knobs 2 per side i think ... these will alter angle up/down and left right find a nice straghit piece of flat desserted rd at nite cover 1 headlight up and then adjust the other. and vice versa also make sure u DONOT point the beams straight ahead u want a small angle to the left and down

Just went throught this excercise last week. I found the up down knob, you cant miss it, its right next to the removable cover for the globes. But I couldn't find a left right knob, any hints on precise location.

literally inside the guard on the aftermarket headlights ... there's a hole in the top of the radiator support right at the edge of the bonnet line ... you need a screw driver pointed down on an angle (pointing away from the engine - sideways) ... till you find the screw adjuster. turn till it goes the way you want.

So that big bertha orange knob on the back of the light is the up down adjustment and the little screw on the top of the light but down by the guard is the left/right adjustment

no idea on the ef/el range au's are easy 4 big orange coloured knobs a good setup for your lighst is point slightly off centre to the left and down( stops lighst going into oncoming cars ) and you want the light to be around 30mtrs infront of car ( low beam ) and high beam from the 30mtrs onwards if u set your lights up got for a drive at nite... if u dont liek it change em
