Does anyone have a photo of the inside of the TE50 front bar. I would like to know how the upper grill attaches. Does it utilise the 6 screw mounts that are on the standard high series 2peice grill.

I am just sussing out body kit options for the AU Series 2 that i inherited from my grandparents and i am wondering if the chrome grill would still be able to be utilised.

Also does anyone know of an aftermarket supplier of the series 1/2 TE50 bars?

Not the series 3, but the more subtle & sophisticated series 1/2 bars.

I know there is a genuine series 1/2 original kit on eBay, but i feel that it is sacrilege to put a genuine kit on a non-genuine car.

Unless there are no aftermarket suppliers, then i guess i may have to go down that route.

There are no series 1 or 2 TS50/TE50 bars available. There only way will be with an original.

Sad that no one makes the series 1 / 2 TS/E Kit.

I guess there just isn't the market for it out there.

I got a S1 TE50, but I am not about to pull the bar to find out how it goes back on. But to be helpful, ask in the Papa Smurf thread, maybe he has access to an exploded view of the front bar mountings and brackets.

My understanding is that is uses Fairmont reo though.
