finished!!!....
here's go's..... 1) went to "carmate" at villawood.. 2) baught a $200 4 led angel eye kit.. 2x 4 inch rings 2x 6 inch rings.. 3) removed the front bumper.. 4) removed the crash protection egg grate style black plastic sh*t from the support bar.. 5) four 10 mm bolts hold each head light.. unplugged the looms and put she came... 6) pre heated the oven to 80 degree's celcius.. 7) popped each headlight in for 5 minutes.. (1 at a time) 8) pried the lenses off easily with 2 screw drivers.. rubber glue is super melty.. 9) used an instant dry superglue that dries clear to glue the bottom of the ring to the chrome lense.. (gaffa tape holds them in their place while the glue is setting..) 10) pulled the angel eyes wires through the rubber boot that covers the "driving light globe) 11) 2 small holes were drilled in the back of the headlight to attach the "power box" that powers the angel eye's.. 12) the box is 12v powered.. -i spliced the wires into the positve and negative wires that power the small parking lights.. -great for dusk/dawn driving with them on without having to have your headlights on.. 13) solder'ed the spliced wire's and cover'ed them with electrical tape.... 14) re-installed the headlights back into place.. 15) re-installed the bumper back into place.. DONE... looks awesome!...

2 x 4" and 2 x 6"? Are you sure?
Poking around myself with a ruler, I can see how the high-beam lenses might be 10cm, but the low beams only seem to get to 13cm for me. Your 6" is closer to 15. Did they have to be cut down or are the low-beam lenses actually 15cm? Looking at this auction I can see 6, 8, 10 and 13cm options, but nothing for 15cm.... : http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 0359841890 Lukeyson |

Can you post some pics during the day so we can see how they look in daylight?
Was your kit a CCF tube, or acrylic with cuts? |

A little off topic, but not really, but still a bit. Can any one tell me who here had put BA headlight assemblies into an EB-ED? I remember seeing the thread but searchy no work. I can search by user name but. I would love to do that to mine with some Angel eye's.
