OK, that's two done. I hope Vertg0 is happy with what I did to his scalps!

You can see the mirror on the right has the light about 2mm to 3mm high - this was just about perfect. This time around I measured a constant 21mm all the way along the lense, instead of measureint once at each end and attempting to rule a single line across. The previous method resulted in the lines not being parallel, expanding to some 23 to 24 mm in the middle. The new method is a bit counterintuitive, but results in a better gap for the lense.

I am quite happy with this, but I still have reservations about whether they are actually good enough now for cutting up my expensive chrome scalps....

How did you secure the indicator to the scalp? Or is the grommet holding it in place?

I saw this thread and bought two indicators for my scalps, but my concern is the grommet and making sure that when you push the indicator it doesn't push into the mirror.

Can't wait to get srarted!
