I need to remove the rollbar on my AU ute so I can get some tabs welded onto it but I'm having some trouble with the 2 front bolts. The side bolts are easy because I can get to the nuts from the underside of the wheel arches but the 2 bolts holding the front of the rollbar on are proving difficult as there is no room to get to the nuts. Is there any way of removing them without having to remove the tub?

You have come accross one of Ford's silly design team projects.
This is the recommendation from Ford: Use a jack in the centre of the ute (i.e between cab and tub) to lift up. Consequently, this create a larger gap, allowing you undo the nut. Another way of doing it is bending up a spanner somehow to fit down ther..... When I install mine to my AU, I created new threaded holes. This save a lot of headache installing and will save a lot headache un-installing if the need arises. good luck.....
