Wondering if the back of the AU-BA mirrors can be removed without breaking them so I can get the sprayed in Winter White to match the rest of the ute? I've seen some AU's with colour coded mirrors and I'd like to do the same with mine.

Yea would just pop off.
Probly use a flat head or butter knife.

Cheers mate...I was hoping that would be the case. I'll give it a go tomorrow.
Also while I think of it, Inside just above the door trim, The black cover that covers the screws holding the mirror to the door, Does that just cop off with a flat screw driver or does the door trim need to be removed first?

the door trim hold a little plastic groove in place.

Long thin flat blade fed in around the mirror itself will get under the clips to pop the scalps off.

just put the mirror all the way to the left-you will see a tab(s)-same with all the way to the right. just pull them back with a flat blade as mentioned above.
