says that you cant put it onto an AU S1?

Is this just the bonnet or are there other reasons why it wont fit?

One of my mates wants to put it on his AU S1 forte..

im guessing itd just be the bonnet. pretty sure T-series is based on Fairmont so youd need a high series bonnet, then it should fit.

Yeah I can picture it now, the AU S1 forte has a bonnet that sinks in, while the high series and S2 / S3 have the bonnet that sits out (I think).. same as TS50's etc

Pretty sure that would be the only reason, but if anyone else knows other reasons why it wont fit then let me know :P

spot on. Bonnet change and your right to put it on.

As the guys here have said here, you need a Fairmont or series II bonnet to fit this front bar. There is a wrecker in Sydney that has one of those bars hanging up in his main office, it is for sale AFAIK and I think it is less than $350.00 and easier for you to get and no freight.

It is Fairford Spares in Padstow. http://www.fairfordspares.com.au/
