Does anyone know if the boot lip (the part that houses the rear number plate lights) for an AUI/AUII Fairmont/Fairmont Ghia will fit on an AUI Forte. I like the chrome ones a whole lot better then the colour coded one i have at the moment, also if they do fit is it possible to get them at local wreckers because ive found that AU parts at wreckers are somewhat hard to come by. And i can bet they will be expensive new from Ford

I cant see why not, all the measurements are the same still. I like the chrome ones too, but they say fairmont and mines only a forte :/.
Go to http://www.fordmods.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=24 and talk to xr8dismantler in fern tree gully wreckers thread. I'm having trouble finding anything worthwhile for the AU in WA as well, all the good stuff is over east. |

AU1 garnishes are blank, only AU2/3 chrome ones say fairmont/falcon on them. |
