hey guys,

I hope someone can help me, I'm chasing some new tail lights to replace the stock ones on my au2 fairmont, something to make it look a little snazzier.
I can't for the live of me decided it i should go all out and buy a set of LED's, or stick with the old globe type. Is it worth going for LED? Do they leds fade and are they as bright (or brighter) than the globe type.

What colour is your car? I've sen pictures of a white AU with the red bit tinted and the clear bits left as they are, it looked really good.

I've seen some AU Fairmonts with orange indicators though?

If it were me I'd b going to something like that.

Also LEDs can be a lot brighter than incandescent globes, but personally I don't think they wound look that great.

My falcon is congo green, its basically a dark metalic green.

I'm tossing up between these two:

I'm pretty sure the only difference is the colour. Opinions boys?

are you serious? I think the stock au tail lights look godawfull. The alteza ones are a little more intricate and appealing to me. each to their own though

Series 1 have amber indicators where 2 and 3 had clears with amber globes.

I like the look of the black altezza lights. The chrome ones sometimes look tacky
