Hi Guys,
I bought a set of Tickford 5 Spoke 17s for my EL a few weeeks ago. I also bought +25 spacers to suit the EL offset. Today I took them to JAX t get tyres and fit them to my car, when i got back the bloke told me he couldnt fit them because the studs were too long! has anyone had this problem and was it expensive to replace the studs? Help would be greatly appreciated as i spend big money on the tyres for them to sit in the shed Kind Regards Greg |

Hiya, Im not a fan of hub adapters, Best thing to do to make them fit, is using "non mag wheel nuts"
Like on my NL the wheel nuts that came with my wheels did not fit, they where not long enough, So Im just using the standard NL wheel nuts because they are kinda like a normal nut where the wheel stud can pass though it. IIRC when steel wheel nuts will do the job for you .. Laticia.

some people here have cut the stud to make the adaptors n wheels fit, could always search ebay for shorter studs, just couple of options
