Hey guys, I'm toying with the idea of modding an AU2 or 3 rear wing to fit on my EF. This is a AU3 XR8 wing sitting on my boot (was dark blue so I've roughly photoshopped it to be the right colour)
It'd sit about 2cm lower too because that's sitting up on it's screws in that pic.

What do you reckon ?

I like the series 2/3 wings better but maybe the rounder series 1 would suit the lines of the EF better ?

Yeah if you've got a nice square on rear shot I can copy the spoiler off.

I won't be putting one of the double wing spoilers on it, that's fo damn sure!
Each to their own though :)

If anyone with a S1 AU can send me a nice square on rear shot of the back so I can see how that looks, else I'll snap a shot one next time I'm up in the westfield carpark :)

i dunno if i like the look or not, but it might just be the rought photoshop that makes it look funny.
i think its the square edges that make it look funny.

That's what I was thinking. Square wing on rounded boot.....
The EF/EL wing is rounded to match the boot, and the AU wing is rounded to match the round AU boot. I quite like the EF/EL wing...

I don't like spoilers on the EF back ends... on the EB/ED the subtle rear lip on the boot was cool, but on the EF/EL no spoiler I reckon looks awesome... kinda like fuzions a**... very nice (the car)..lol

I would have to say the series 1 moulding would suit it better. The series II is too square for your end taper.

How's it going anyway mate? We ready for the lights yet?

i rekon it will look really good. What about a Hawk/TS50? Or do you think it would look too overdone?
