Thats a great idea! Why didnt i think of putting a WRX Scoop on my Fairmont! Thanks for that.

Thanks for the other 'positive' comments, im sure it will turm out fine.

Eeyaygirl: I wish it was a Fairlane haha! But it is lucky that it lines up with the existing bonnet creases. Its almost like Ford thought to put a bulge on EL's befor the BA came along.

What do people think about a subtle (if you can call it that) bonnet stripe saying something like 'Fairmont' or 'Ford 250'? Im not sure.

It looks really good, the bonnet lines of the EL line up nicely.. Would be better if it was a V8 tho.

Should look good when done Fordman, will look very nice on the Faimont bonnet with the double hump. Better than the lower series IMO. Good on you.

that will look great. if the guy fitting it knows what his doing then im sure it will look awsome. i actually think it will look more subtle but 'tougher' on a standard ef front, with those sharp headlights and low bonnet.... somone will do it im sure... will be good to see how it will look from a side view once its done... good stuff mate.

what about the spray jets though??

ROFL, thanks!

BOSSXR8: I will somehow try and relocate the washer jets to the grille just under the window, might take a bit of working to get them to spray over the wiper arms though. Good point!

Kut&shutkustomz: (cool name!) i still cant get my frigging camera to work on my laptop, im trying everything i can to get it to work, and when i do get it ill take a photo for you.

Cheersmate: i wish it was a V8, nothing beats the sound and grunt of a bent eight potter.

I was wondering how much they would cost. I was considering a whole new bonnet, but this way is much cheaper. Your car would look awesome. Cant wait to get mine done now. Make sure you post some decent pics so we can all drool over it
