Looks like a 'Venom' XR front bar. Can get them in non-XR fit too.

Sorry about the crapy pics but found some more of my ute and yes thats the Venom Bar from SSV, Also the bonnet isnt a fibreglass one either i bought a BA bonnet and got it grafted to my XH bonnet hope you like it :evil:

Grumble, that bonnet looks so good it could pass as being factory fitted. It really suits the XH bonnet better then what i initially thought
