My BA MK2 XR6 was built in Nov '05 according to all materials supplied with the car.
It came with no lower grill so I've ordered one , told the guy I had a BA MK2 XR6 and it's arrived today tried to fit it and of course it's upside down.

This guy was selling upper & lower "radiator grilles" in 'silver pearl' which I thought would give a nice look on a silver car as opposed to chrome.I'm not really a chrome kinda guy.
Not happy overall with the purchase actually.
The upper grille was a piece of mesh which sits OVER the standard black grille.Not happy at all about that.
Fitted it.Looks like s**t.As far as I'm concerned it is not a radiator grille.

As for the lower grille who is in the wrong here? me or him?

Or has someone fitted a BF front to a BA and I didn't realise it ?

That's a BF front in the picture

according to Ford identifying it by the VIN it is in fact a BF Falcon.

i feel kinda stupid now

nothing wrong with the top grill.. who care's if it just slips over the top... hence whey the prduct is so cheap..

and pm the seller to see if you can return the lower one for the right one??

well I care for one
and it's all been returned and refunded now anyway.
as for it being cheap I figured it was because it wasn't chromed
