Winns Remove-a-dent ???
It looks as though the bumper is bolted up out of square and could be pushing the inside up, try loosening it off and see if it comes out...

Hot water and some force to hold it there.
anything with direct heat will risk damaging the paint.

we've semi repaired minor damage on bumpers before using that method.
my dad reversed an AU forte into the front chassis rail of his F100, put a fair dint in the rear bumper. boiling water and some force popped it back out and there was only a minor scratch left. i'd wanna test it to make sure it didnt effect the paint still though.

the thing is mate, mine isnt a dent - its like the plastic has bowed up and out... would this method still be applicable?

i can see in the pic..
but i think it'd be worth a try, a heat gun etc risks damaging the paint.. hot water has less chance of doing this. have u tried sitting something heavy on it overnight?

nope - havent tried that even.
sounds too easy to be true aye. but I guess sometimes the simple options are overlooked. Ill give it a go 1st. Im thinking of wrapping some weights from my benchpress up in a rag and sitting them there for a few nights (the car doesnt get driven much - so it wont be a problem leaving the weights there for a while) thanks for the advise bro. Ill post next week and let ya know how it went Adz

I'd prolly try and put something underneath it aswell... wouldn't want it to bend the bar in the opposite direction.

and remember to remove the weights if you go for a drive, perhaps a note on the dash
