I have often thought a cheap mod would be to just spray them.

its a dark metallic green....but not as dark as heritige green, but not as light as that other ugly green the au's came in

I'll have a look at the colour code...

It looks like to me a mixture of Polynesian green and Oxford green mixed together. Looks nice though dude.

data mine, my EL is the same colour as yours and i LOVE it as well. yeh called amaretto and its an AU colour. i think most hybrid ELs (All?) are painted AU colours.

and its nowhere near mocha foam when parked next to each other, much nicer IMO

i saw a black fairlane today, 100% sure it was black, looked sweet, and xr8 in black would have been awesome.

Nope, not all were painted in Au series colours - I wasnt even aware that some of the late EL hybrids had gotten Au paint colours, but it makes sense as they got almost anything else.

I think oxford green, amaretto, regency, galaxy and a few more were carried over from the EL onto AU. Our AUII is regency red (awesome colour!!) and it was on EL's.

I have always thought that an EF or EL XR would look sweet as in black.
