Hey does anyone know what would be the best stuff to use for those damn black plastic trims at the bottom of the windshield on EF/EL's?
They just look aweful after they have been exposed to the elements after all these years, and no matter how much armor all you use, they still dont look nice.
Anyone know of a good product that revives this stuborn material Ford keeps using?

Ta.

i just sprayed mine black, along with all the metal and plastic parts around the windows. If you dont have any of the water stains on it, try giving it a few clear coat sprays, makes it look better then new.

Yep. The ol' water stains which i cant get rid of. But then again, i havnt used any specific products on it yet. I really dont want to paint it. Just looking for an off the shelf product which will hopefuly make it look near new again.

I use 'handy oil' - general purpose household oil, but I guess any oil would work!
