it's just a positive and negitive wire, earth the negitive and connect the positive to a power source - depending on how you want them to come on! as for mounting them put them were the MUCH BETTER factory blAck ones are!
but the best place for them is in the bin...

As far as im aware any blue exterior lighting is illigal to use on the street. The cops seem to let alot of people get away with it though but if they want to do u they can get you pretty hard with impersonating a copper and such

Not allowed ANY light from your washer jets. Car lights are limited to the ones from factory.

it's illegal to have any colour other than white projecting forward from your car, afaik.

you take the factory ones off, then you slot the new ones through. find an earth and connect the black wire to it <see if there is a bunch of black wires already joined somewhere, otherwise any metal in the engine bay should be earthed>, connect the coloured wire to the coloured wire in your parkers, and then as soon as your parkers or headlights come on, they will be on.

warning, will make people think you are driving a commodore. HSV seat covers are optional accessories you may or may not want to apply at the same time.
