Ok i have been told by a few people my car is metallic green, and by other a blue metallic colour. The colour is Polynesian green....its not for me its to prove to them its a bloody green colour...
And how hard is it to match the colour when using touch up, as ive heard around that metallic colours when touched up sometimes dont match correctly and can show up quite easily.

personally, i wouldn't put touch-up paint on my car at all especially not on any major body panels. it looks horrible & tacky, and never matches!

goto super cheap auto...
on you compliance plate in your engine bay it will have a colour code... go in there, tell them that, they will match the colour for you using a refrence book... buy the touch up paint... about $8.50 and then get that turtle wax 'colour' cut n polish you'll see it there, make sure you get the green one

When I first saw a pic in the Trading Post of the ute that I bought ... I originally thought that it was blue ... as it looked blue in the pic ... but when I saw the car in the metal it was definitely green ... and yes I do have a Poly. green XG ute as well ... it depends on the light ... on what colour it looks. I have a touch-up pen in the car ... it was for another model car ... but it is literally identical to Poly green.

Or can I get paint tat acts like the VHT stuff, for the interior (so it needs to dry quickly and easy to apply). Either that or I change the interior lay out. |

By title alone its safe to assume its green. My ED is poly and yes in certain lights it can look blue but its definatly green.

Yeah there was a big debate about what colour it is...But ofcourse i won, because i know ford wouldnt be stupid enough to call it poly green if it was blue. Its a nice colour, mainly because it changes in the sunlight and i love my metallic colours.
