just pop your bonnet...
above the indicators is a phillips head screw in each side... take the phillips head screw out... hold onto the lense and pull towards you.. (facing the car) undo the wiring loom from the back of the lense... AND BOBS YOUR AUNTY!!!!..... simple aint it!!?? Its harder to actualy think of how to type up this post than doing the actual job!! |

Get them off of ebay or somewhere similar. The only genuine ford ones that fit are ED XR ones, but they have the park lights in them as well. Probably a bit expensive too

the AU front indicators are also part of the headlight so dont think youd be able to use them in your ED. The AUIII side repeaters are pretty much a straight fit with a little bit of massaging of the mould (i used a file)
To actually get the front indicators out you need to remove the headlight as they are screwed into the back of it, unlike the EF/L which is what FordfreakEF suggests

Heres an easy to follow installation guide.
http://www.xr8chic.com/mods/clear_indicator/ I used that to do it and it took me all of 15 mins to do. Very easy if you follow the instructions.

pop the bonnet. i just undone all the screws that held the headlights in place. un pluged all the pluggs. remove the headlighs/indicators (they are screwed together) undo the screws on the head light that is holding the indicators onto it. screw up the new clear indicarots. place the headlights back in bolt em up and plug them in. too easy. by the way take care when placing the headlights back in as it is easy to scratch the paint! hope that helped. cheers. p.s there are a couple of hard bolts to get at that hold the headlights in under neath near the radiator but just keep to it and they will come.
