hi, the paint came up well and the gloss is the ants pants,BUT THE RED STIPING LOOKS A BIT TIREEEEEEED AND FADED,same as all of us with red door bumpers, mine look a bit better but still showing age, whats in your magic bag to freshen them up? they do set the cars off nicely.

Well there's a difference
Us AU owners only have red tape on the bumpers and door protectors which cannot be polished at all and the colour is slightly different to the E series.

You E series guys have a special red plastic coating
That can be polished with anything (try those polishes I've sent ya) but due to it's composition, doesn't seem to allow any wax or sealant to cure on it and the shine goes away again

So the best thing to do is paint them.

Yes I do, I'll go to far out places in SA and even country Victoria to do demo's at people's places
I had planned one for some people who live in Mildura but I never got a chance to get down there.

As for helping out, absolutely. Totally free of charge to supervise what your doing and help out with technique
It's best if I teach you how to do the polishing as eventually I'll be cutting out the detailing service altogether.

Give me a call and come on down to the workshop here at Burton to check out all the products or if you think it's too far from you, I'll come to you and bring all my gear.

I'll do whatever I can to help my current and potential customers, beyond just advice online.

Please contact me ASAP, I'd love to see you and help out.

Whats the best rotary polisher to get? My hands hurt after hours and hours of rubbing the car. Especially my thumbs.

Makita 9227 my friend. anything from 3.5 inch to 8.5 inch pads will fit on it, a huge number of backing plates and the edge 2000 no backing plate system also fit and the machine has the torque to go all day long.

This is why I bought it, I can go for up to 15 hours on a paint finish to detail it and a machine that dies on you and has to cool down for a few hours ain't good for business.

Please note: please contact me once you have one so I can run you through how to use them and the polishes properly

Keep on shining
