Hi Modders,
Just looking for pics of EA-ED sedans that have had King "Low" or equivalent (as opposed to SL's) springs fitted..... please post em up. (I'm contemplating going the suspension re-set, if the $$ becomes available) UPDATE: All done now, see the end of this thread. the combination of lows and even the 16's made a hell of a difference to mine, i used to drive it often back to back with my old folks ED which was stock and uve got no idea of the difference the suspension made.

Good comments there to take on board. I'd really love to do it, for both handling and looks. How do you reckon new springs would go on my EB whilst keeping the 15" wheels...?? |

it'd still be a huge improvement over standard. I've driven e series cars lowered on stock rims and they'res till a much better drive. Also if u later want to upgrade to bigger wheels you wont feel like your driving a 4x4...

Here are a couple of images of my EB.... Is the "photoshop drop" suspension indicative of the King Low ride height, or is it too much of a drop?? I cant go too low, as many of the country roads around where I live would not be kind to the undercarriage..!! |

Good pics...thanks for those.
I have a question, re: insurance guidelines. My NRMA insurance allows a 30mm drop in the ride height (+100mm min. clearance underneath). Would the King Low springs satisfy this criteria?? |
