I have a similar but slightly different question, i have CSA Prowlers, but an older model when they had plastic sticker type centre caps, and was wondering if its possible to replace them with the new, metal style chrome CSA caps? Can these caps be bought seperatly? And if so will they fit straight in?..

Oh and theblackone, I am unsure, perhaps if they are the same diameter yes?

i'm not familiar with the names of the wheels, are these the wheel centres you are talking about?

i had a set of prowlers on my old ea, nice wheels, anyways, yeah the centre caps are removable, and can be bought sepparately, just go to the place where you bought them and ask them to order them in for you. I had one of te stickers come off and the just ordered in some new ones for me for, i am not sure about the size though, if there is any difference in cap size from the plastic to new ones, i would assume they would be the same size.

mr sperm1, yes they are the caps i am after, so when i get some my wheels will look exactly like that (currently they have the old school plastic sticker ones)...

and autickfordfairmont i was thinking of doing that, thing is the wheels came with the car, so i'll just try some tyre and wheel places around and see wat i come up with, and i also assume they are the same size, as the wheel has not changed one bit since it was brought out..

when i bought my car it had 2 black CSA centres and 2 white ones on it. the bloke i bought it off was replacing them when he got his tyres done. don't know why they weren't all replaced cause it needed 4 new tyres the day i got it! those in my pic are still the sticker type ones. just newer and haven't started to peel. i've got 2 black ones sitting round somewhere if anyone wants them!

so my wheels are CSA Prowlers? never knew the name of them!

i was going to get the prowlers but decided on the avengers. i thought the prowlers were too common as i saw them on every second car (well not really but u know no what i mean)

have u got a pic of them on ur car jacksplatt? how does the plastic look?
i must say the chrome centre caps (probably the ones u are after) really adds the finishing touches.

i still havent had time to check the sizes of the ford ones i got. not sure wether to leave the csa or change to ford :S

yeah the prowlers are very common, but i quite like them so doesn't bother me...

theblackone, check my gallery, ive got a picture of one of the wheels itself, plus overall pics of my car... and yes the chrome ones are what im after, and they should add a good finishing touch to the now outdated plastic black ones..

heres a pic of my Old EA with the 15" CSA Prowlers on. They are quite a nice wheel, a fair few getting around these days, but still a nice wheel. Look even better in 17" with low profile tyres.
