Gday guys i have a EF Gli and i just bought new lenses to replace my yellow ones. Just curious if there is an easier way to replace them than pull off the whole front bar? If so how?

I've had my headlights out heaps of times and i've never done any damage to the bumper or the headlights.. it can be done a few others have done it aswell. Well on the fairmont anyway

yep definatly!! ive taken my headlights in and out heaps of times to modify the chrome lenses inside the headlight without taking the front bumper off.. n with no damage to the front bumper bar.. :wink:

i got brand new head lights from a ford dealership costing no more than $500 including TNT delivery to Nissan Motor company for me to pickup from there. put them in my self without removing bumper quite easy, just need to fix up one of the globes as it looks like its not sitting in there properly

$500 for the both also including post from nsw to vic in a day, $125 was that from actual ford dealer? from the quotes i got from people for new ones down here that was the best, including delivery from another state

i agree its cheaper, i just dont trust the people on the other end with the product, from the prices i got when looking around it wasnt too bad when i told the guy at fords in melb i got it a hell of alot better price than he offered he had the nerve to come back saying i could of done that price for u
