Hi all,
Just received a sports cluster for my EB (II with smartlock), my falcon has 186,000 and my new cluster has 383,000. Is there a way to move the reading back to match my original? Thanks again for any help, Alan. |

Does the EBII need the EEPROM change over like teh EFs do or does it just need the KM wound back? I knwo EFs need a computer chip changed over, not sure about EBIIs though.

According to the tutorial elsewhere on the site I think only the "high" (digital) cluster needs an eprom reprogrammed, the "mid" (sports) cluster doesn't. But it doesn't tell you how to change the reading.
I can understand why this info would be a little sensitive though, my reasons to change the reading are legit however. Alan. PS I have realized this thread is in the wrong forum, should be in the "interior" section. Mod's? |

i rolled mine back when i got then new cluster in.
u have to take the whole thing apart then slide the long pin out on one side (the pin that holds the little cogs) then u can freely move the odometer reading

Thanks in advance btw. Alan. |
