Just remember that there is an Australian Design Rule requiring the use of a Red Reflector at the rear of your vehicle, and that by covering it up you will be making your car illegal in a very obvious way.

we don't need anything american lol. It's one tiny reflector that is quite easy to keep functional even when modifying taillights.

Seriously do people google "f**k up modifications for Fords owned by Jews" and get linked straight to this site nowadays?

i think he should be fine if he is running untinted or not wanabe altezza things.

or he can still go with the chrome stripe if he leaves a small square closet to the garnish. but in theory anything that isn't ADR approved and fitted by a proper certificated installer is cause for a defect notice ( i may be wrong but that is what i thought / think / know of)

Cheers Geoff

yeah, when i tinted mine i did the outside really black/dark, then let the tint become lighter as it worked its way into the middle. This was for an EL tail light though, and it left the reflector just visible enough to reflect when light was shone on it. Never had a problem with police with it, can't say the same for other things on my car though
