hey, the chrome strip around my car is peeling and just generally buggered, i was wondering can i get replacements made or bought?? and how do i removed my crap ones properly? thx for any help

What car do you have? I've got an EB2 and mine is peeling too, on www.ozeparts.com.au they have chrome moulding for EA-ED, don't know if it's the right stuff but I've thought about getting some.

the chrome on the doors is part of the mouldings. the bumper is just stick on chrome strip sold by the meter

i have an NA fairlane, (look at my name..) was mainly wondering how to get the strip off properly

just peel off carefully. its stuck on with double sided tape, easy as. didnt even bother buyin more looks better with it off.

Do u reckon it"ll look better... wat about the continuation of the chrome strip through the bumper? remove that too?
Im in a similar boat and considering the options
