hey all,

i dont know to much a bout paint and that but i;m just wondering if its possible to get a spray painter/pannel beater to rub back the clear coat and lay down a new 1?

i ask cause the clear coat on my paint is starting to give way. there r little bubbles appearing everywhere.

if this isnt possible is there another course of action that i can take bar a full respray?
