just thort i'd unleash my new concept for the EB taillights!
I kno they are very ricer but i'm hopeing that they "mite" look alrite wen there on the car...lites arent fully completed as the red lens i've put in have to be put in properly yet to stop the yellow lite commin from underneath the red lens... so thorts? critisims? ideas? hit me! PIX {DESCRIPTION} - lites off {DESCRIPTION} - lites on (it is red just dodgy cam!)

Get three red dots in a row, or more evenly spaced, and I dont think they look all that bad.

yeh nah three i dont think is possible...cauz i do wanna be able to get to the globes if one happens to blow...so two is possible and will still be able to get to both globes after a little mod'ing.
yeh i will straten and even them out too wen i screw it all in place they just sittin in there at the moment to see what they'd look like

I was under the impression that Australian standards dictated a red reflector be in the brake light section?

Its still there in the red strip. So id say it would be fine. |

It's fine now but ReGiE suggest replacing that with LEDs and removing the reflectors - something that would be illegal under Australian standards as I understand them. Even the LED lights they sell for trucks have a red backing on the brake light section.

A mate of mine has done is taillights in his Lancer rally car with LEDs.
Used a lot of them as well ... all backed onto an board ... and plugs into the normal light cluster socket. Not that cheap ... cos he used about 100 LEDs all up in each cluster. Works a treat ... and extremely bright and crystal clear as well. Also they turn on and off quicker than normal globes. If you got the cash ... it's well worth it.
