Hi Guys, getting close to finishing my new Custom Tralier for the Super Pursuit.

The trailer has been painted the same as the car - HOK Tangerine over Silhouette - wheels are the same as the car - Koya Rogue 20" -

Have put on the FPV Super Pursuit Badging same as the car and also the oval side blinker lights are the same as on the car.

Have also put the Ford Bulge Hardlid on the trailer.

The Super Pursuit also has a 49" Red Lightbar that goes accross the back of the car and acts as a tail light and brake light combination. I have also ordered another one from the States to put on the trailer so it will be identical to the Super Pursuit.

Trailer is in Penrith getting the metal work done on the front of the trailer - Wanted to get away from Checkerplate and am using Stainless Steel Sheeting which has been imbossed with a pattern and is coloured Bronze and Black to match the car - very expensive but looks unreal - Dare to be Different.

Ciao - James

I am leaving the fuel cap on the trailer for 2 reasons -

1) thinking of putting a water tank underneath

2) Wanted it to look like the orginal tub on the Super Pursuit

True - had the BA House of Kolor Tribal Warfare GT.

The Super Pursuit is my current project along with the trailer. I have just posted up a image of the Super Pursuit on the forum.

looks very good, all it needs to be complete is a mock-up brembo kit (rotor/caliper), would look nuts then.

looking at doing the brembo mock up plus a few other options - looks pretty crappy with nothing behind the wheels - I am on a pretty tight schedule getting the metal work done for the front of the trailer so I might have to wait a couple of more weeks to do behind the wheels. The guy doing the metal work is in overload and I just hope he can finish the work by Feb 24th.

I was very proud for the GT to be chosen as the Cover Car for the 1st Edition of Street Fords - to be chosen over a lot of other great Fords was indeed a pat on the back for all of the guys who did the work on the car.

Caused a bit of a stir though when Performance Magazine featured the same car as their Cover Car - both magazines were released on the same day - needless to say the S--t hit the fan. Well over and done with now.

I no longer own the GT and since I sold it, it has been involved in 2 accidents and the repairs were just a mess - they did not even match up the paint work on the GT so you can imagine what it looked like.

The Super Pursuit is featured in the January/February edition of Australian Utes - some really good images of the car.

Ciao - James

why put fake calipers on it? why not put an electric brake setup on the trailer and make the calipers work??

is the metal work going to close the gap on the draw bar? it looks a little long in that pic thats all.

But i dont want to put a negative spin on this, its certainly a work of art. well done, you should be proud.
