yes wagon door will suit a fairlane.

don't know about the exhaust, but i'm pretty sure they're different.

Front section of the exhaust is the same. From the center (main) muffler back however IS bent differently due to the wagons having leaf springs, and I think the hangers for the rear section are in different places. But you can definitely swap the front sections between the two cars.
