I now have in production front air dam and bobtail, XR-style, to suit EA-ED. The only difference between the genuine ones is the groove around the back of the bobtail is not there, but the one over the top is. This is because of difficulty in moulding it.
Normal retail prices are $180 and $195, respectively.
However, any fordmods member ordering this month, will get 20% off, as an introductory special. The price will then revert to the normal 10% discount.
Cheers, Bob
Canberra Car Styling.

You are a legend. Do you have any pics to show us of the progress of the bobtail.

I have been hunting one of these for a while and i am only coming across warped ones here in South Australia.

I am currently watching one on Ebay that is brand new unpainted from FORD - if you need a good one to take a mould of.

If you can show us a few pics, then i can decide on whether i want to get that one or the one you are making.

I've only done the first production one this week and it's sitting on the shelf, so there aren't any on-car pics yet. One list member (sorry, can't remember his name) loaned me one and I fixed it up and took a mould off it. That's when I found out the rear groove had to go....
Perhaps he can post a pic of the one on his car.
At ant rate, it looks exactly like the genuine one, except for that rear groove.
Cheers, Bob

Cool i will check my budget. What does the XR front air dam look like.

Is that the lip that runs cleanly all the way around at the same level or is it the lip that runs around the front then up the wheel arch edge.

If you have a pic of that as well it would be great.

is ALFA FIBREGLASS a sponsor of this site?
i'd suggest goto Canberra car styling over ALFA fibreglass.
