I heard through the underground grapevine that the tafe students sneaked off with the bodykit and made a mould of it and then returned the bodykit without anyone knowing, the only copy of this kit is hidden deep in Mt kosiosko and has a team of monkeys protecting it.

Well actually the kit was available a fair while back as I had the option to have it fitted to my EBXR8 (- was one of the first in Canberra,) I saw the kit first on the EAGT prototype - and yes that wing was timber and the engine bay was still red! - the local ford dealership had it for a promo thing and my mate was an auto electrician at the time. The kit was also fitted to the first XR8 that anybody bothered modifying back in '91, for those who remember the pearl white ppg indy pace car that ford built pre-tickford days, the kit was available through APV and probably made by phase autos in Melbourne (who later did the Moffat ED) anyway I ended going with the GS kit (now known as the MMM) as it was the best on the market, a year later came the EBGT which looks mighty fine also. Excuse the pics as they are scans from pre-digi cam days.

Try going for the whole kit, minus the rear spoiler. They look fat! Oh, and paint the kit the same colour all around :D
