I would say not seeing as though the XH guards are unique to an XH. The door lines etc would not line up using EB stuff.
Anything is possible but it would be a huge amount of custom work to do it.

You would have to weld together some XF and EB guards. The top/front of the EA-ED guards and the crease and arch out of the XF, tacked into the right places.
